2. Service Description

Danino AI provides an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create, share, and discover music tracks. Our service uses advanced AI models, including integration with Suno API and other music generation technologies.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Copyright and Ownership

4.1 Generated Content

You own the outputs. When you generate music using our platform, you own the copyright to the generated content. You may use, distribute, and monetize your generated tracks as you see fit.

4.2 Platform Usage Rights

By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• Store and display your tracks on our platform
• Use your tracks for platform promotion and marketing
• Improve our AI models (anonymized and aggregated)

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not generate or share content that:

• Infringes on third-party copyrights or intellectual property
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material

5. Payment and Subscription

5.1 Pricing

Our pricing plans are clearly displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or LemonSqueezy
• All sales are final, with a 30-day money-back guarantee

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

6. Credits System

Music generation consumes credits based on the selected mode and quality tier. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit costs are clearly displayed before generation.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any third-party rights

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danino AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
